Are you seeking a leadership role in Finance division?**This role is responsible for managing all aspects of Yooralla's property portfolio including, repairs and maintenance, property projects, lease management, facilities and contract management, implementation of the Yooralla Property Strategy and managing the infrastructure team including staff, budget, reporting and business planning. This role is also responsible for managing the motor vehicle fleet, corporate insurances and overseeing the management of head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management for all Yooralla occupied properties which includes oversight of repairs & maintenance (planned and reactive), refurbishment/renovation, disposals, and acquisitions.
  • Maintenance of property database
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant laws in particular emergency management, environmental management and NDIS SDA requirements
  • Management of tenancies and vacancies in residential properties including maintenance of pipeline for new tenants and oversight of rental/board charges
  • Establishment of relationships with housing providers, including Homes Victoria
  • Management of leases and collaboration agreements for leased properties and nonowned residential properties
  • Maintenance of organisation wide contracts register, including template agreements and keeping policies current.
  • Management of organisational insurances, including annual renewals and claims management.
  • Management of motor vehicle fleet, including oversight of fleet financing
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation
  • Management of direct reports (4)

Professional Experience:

  • Tertiary Qualification in property and/or contracts management or relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated senior experience in contracts and property management or related functions.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Demonstrated management experience including staff management, time management and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated budget planning, preparation, presentation and monitoring essential.
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of a range of computer and technology skills
