About the role We're seeking a dynamic individual and advocate to drive our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, inclusivity and gender balance across our organisation.

Your responsibilities will encompass policy development, stakeholder engagement, data collection and reporting, and employee-focused initiatives.
You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop organisation-wide approaches and local initiatives that address structural barriers to employment.
Additionally, you'll cultivate relationships with external partners to identify innovative approaches to diversity and inclusion.

Your expertise will extend to providing guidance on recruitment strategies, training and delivery initiatives, and supporting the implementation of current and future Gender Equality Action Plans and Workforce Plans.

As a champion of diversity, you'll lead projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, data collection methods, employee support programs and special event days that celebrate the diversity of our workforce.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with others to assist in influencing change.

Skilled in advocacy, policy, strategy, change, and project management to lead the development and implementation of plans in collaboration with a range of stakeholders.

Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs.

Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and frameworks related to diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity, with the ability to provide advice and guidance on compliance and best practices.
