Role Overview:

As a Senior Third-Party Relationship Manager - Business you will focus on developing new business opportunities. Your main responsibilities include managing a portfolio of medium to large business clients by collaborating with commercial brokers, the Bendigo Bank branch network, and through direct marketing efforts.

You will play a key role in driving growth, acquiring new clients, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with Commercial Broker BDMs to maximize opportunities and expand broker relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers, understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements.
  • Engage with various bank specialists and lead business development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to your team and establish a notable market presence.
  • Establish internal referral networks and conduct outbound marketing to target customers.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in structuring credit transactions for business customers.
  • Strong business development and networking skills with a focus on medium to large businesses.
  • Knowledge of the Banking and Finance industry.
  • Negotiation expertise and the ability to innovate customer-focused solutions.
  • Understanding of advanced lending requirements.
