THE ROLE...

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will immerse yourself in a diverse role. Your main focus will be on building trust with customers, providing expert advice, and delivering top-notch service. Your ultimate goal is to ensure customers are not just satisfied, but thrilled about their experience. Additionally, you will work towards achieving team sales targets.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your daily responsibilities will include driving sales, delivering exceptional service, handling efficient sales processes, following up with customers, basic administrative tasks, and maintaining the store's overall appearance. Furthermore, you will assist in various warehouse tasks such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing valuable insights to trade customers and builders.
