About the Role:

Collaborating closely with our Home Care Services team, you will be responsible for offering efficient administrative support to the Metro Hub Team. This position involves providing office-based customer support to ensure a positive customer experience and outstanding person-centered service. The focus is on maintaining the individuality of each customer, treating them with respect and dignity, and meeting their needs and preferences effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, such as the Aged Care Act
  • Handle customer communications professionally
  • Perform data entry and service requests promptly using Microsoft applications and care management software
  • Assist in procuring customer-related consumables and equipment
  • Maintain documentation related to consumer care and encourage input from healthcare professionals
  • Contribute actively to the organization's continuous quality improvement
  • Work in line with Baptistcare's Code of Conduct
  • Promote safe work practices in accordance with health and safety policies

Skills and Qualifications:

  • We are in search of an administrative professional with demonstrated customer service skills, excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in IT with the ability to create Excel, Powerpoint, and Word documents
  • Detail-oriented, adept at troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Solution-focused mindset, aiming for positive customer outcomes
  • Friendly and proactive in addressing challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work independently
  • National police clearance (willingness to acquire)
