As a Branch Manager with Heritage People's Choice, you will be empowered to:

Make banking easy for our members and ensure exceptional member experiences within your branch Manage branch performance and strategic development, fostering relationships with the wider Retail division Coach your team to identify growth opportunities and deliver outstanding member service. Develop and implement business and marketing campaign plans Drive and motivate your team to achieve retention and referral targets for specialised advice areas, including financial planning, and meet branch sales and expense budgets Maintain key relationships within our organisation and local community, championing Heritage People's Choice banking initiatives and brand
