About Davidson

Role Purpose
This role is responsible for the overall operational direction for the Recruitment Division for Davidson Group in Queensland.

Working closely with the national Group General Manager - Recruitment and the broader Executive Leadership team you will be responsible to deliver the operational strategy for the group.

This includes identifying and creating opportunities to increase operational efficiencies, leading a sales culture and enabling the achievement of our strategic goals.


The Opportunity

  • Demonstrate strategically aligned decision making which reflects a broad understanding of business levers.
  • Continuously translate business strategy into operational goals.
  • Utilise key financial metrics to maximise business Margin and EBIT performance.
  • Makes decisions in line with company strategy that align with expected outcomes (e.g. annuity and growth).
  • Identifies performance gaps and develops tailored plans to swiftly address these factors (exploit / defend / amend).
  • Partners with colleagues across divisions/locations to develop enterprise focussed client solutions.
  • Articulates values and desired culture to provide opportunities for team members to develop viable, longerterm solutions.
  • Facilitates strategic links between teams / business units to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Engages in highlevel critical analysis of a wide range of complex information to formulate effective longterm responses to critical issues.
  • Models bestpractice leadership and cascades through all levels.
  • Builds successful team/s by developing and recognising capability and performance.
