- it's all part of the DNA that has led to over 100 years of success globally. Our Accounts Payable Expense and Supplier Analyst will manage our expense programs as well as accounts payable and vendor master data.

The Impact You'll Make;

  • You'll go the extra mile administering our Expense Process, making sure our internal customers are educated in how to follow the right processes.
  • Attention to detail is your thing
- you set up our vendors and accounts payable systems accurately to enable us to understand our spend

  • A natural eye for simplifying the complex
- you love to improve processes to make things faster and simpler for our employees and vendors.

  • You'll guide suppliers and internal customers through our processes, to make sure they can do their jobs seamlessly

About you:

  • You have an eagle eye for detail
- you get things right the first time and ensure all the correct processes are followed

  • Project management and process improvement are something you enjoy
- you can proactively manage business improvement projects

  • A natural collaborator
- you communicate clearly with our suppliers and internal customers to ensure payments are made smoothly

  • Experience with Concur Expense and Pronto a plus
- though we're happy to train the right person

  • Strong AP experience with an understanding of the underlying accounting principles
