About the Role:
AWM Seaford is seeking a motivated individual to join their tight-knit team of 14 and provide efficient and exceptional sales support to a long-term customer base.
- Specific responsibilities will include:_
- Actively keeping in touch with customers and building strong, longterm working relationships to support business growth
- Responding to general customer enquiries regarding pricing and product information
- Processing orders, purchasing stock and assisting with customer consignment
- Stock control as required, including assisting with restocking shelves and packing orders
Rewards include participation in the profit share bonus system, and ongoing training and support to enable you to build a long-term career with the business.
You will have:
- An electrical / lighting background, with the ability to hit the ground running in a wholesale environment (highly desirable)
- Experience working in a facetoface customer service and/or sales environment
- The ability and desire to build strong working relationships with customers
- Excellent follow through, common sense and the ability to solve problems
- A business mind and the initiative to seek out new opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A current drivers licence
- Full Australian working rights
