The Role
Gungahlin Leisure Centre seeks enthusiastic, confident, and driven individuals to join the Swim School team.
Our Swim Teachers conduct swimming lessons for diverse age groups and skill levels. Successful candidates will be excellent communicators with keen attention to detail.
You should have solid time management and organizational abilities and thrive in a team setting with minimal oversight. Appropriate industry qualifications are a must.
Skills & Attributes:
- Energetic, innovative, and decisive teaching approach
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts, showing empathy for class requirements
- Effective independent work and seamless teamwork abilities
Qualifications
- Current First Aid (Level 2) & CPR Certification
- Working with Vulnerable People& National Police Check
- Current Swim Teaching Certificate
