Position Overview

Belgravia Leisure is seeking enthusiastic, self-assured, and driven individuals to become part of our Swim School faculty.

Our Swim Teachers are responsible for conducting swimming classes for a diverse range of ages and skill levels. Ideal candidates will be proficient communicators with a keen eye for detail.

Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting while working independently. Relevant industry certifications are mandatory.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Dynamic, creative, and assertive teaching approach
  • Superior verbal communication capabilities
  • Flexibility to work during mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a strong understanding of class needs
  • Ability to perform effectively both autonomously and as a vital contributor to the team

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certification
  • Working with Vulnerable People & National Police Clearance
  • Current Swim Teaching Certification
