Support Worker

Job Opportunity

  • Ensure clients are well supported with daily activities, personal care, hygiene, and routines
  • Communicate any necessary changes to Care Plans and procedures to the Operations Coordinator
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for clients and staff
  • Accurately record progress notes and complete all required documentation
  • Mentor the team towards providing quality care for clients
  • Provide feedback to the Operations Coordinator on staff performance and training needs
  • Uphold quality assurance systems and communicate changes as needed
  • Work under supervision and guidance from the Operations Coordinator
  • Inform the Human Resources Manager of staff availability and assist with roster management
  • Perform domestic duties as assigned by the management team

Education Requirements

Relevant Certificate II or higher qualification

Skills and Experience

  • Team player with initiative, integrity, and strong work ethic
  • Prior experience in a Personal Carer role

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts

Location:

  • On-site
