YOUR ROLE


As a Portfolio Execution Specialist, your role is to partner with multiple business areas to support portfolio investment, prioritisation, execution management & related governance, aligned to strategic outcomes.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role will be: Coordinate with business stakeholders to operate portfolio practices that enable the optimal selection, prioritisation, planning, sequencing and decision making for the relevant portfolio investment allocation, aligned to business strategy.- Operate portfolio governance, reporting and routines to understand and provide an integrated view of portfolio delivery activity including portfolio performance and overall health (i.e. progress against target outcomes)- Provide guidance and support to optimise project performance and co-ordinate x-functional teams where required to address any hotspots/challenges.- Provide guidance on portfolio priorities to ensure delivery resources are focused on the right priorities and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any contention or escalate through appropriate channels.- Contribute to the formation of portfolio execution system of work to ensure it achieves the desired outcomes.

ABOUT YOU


We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences: 5+ years proven experience in large scale transformation programmes in complex delivery environments.- 3-5 years proved planning and/or portfolio governance/PMO experience in complex business environments.- Demonstrated ability in operating with complexity, ambiguity and responding to change.- Demonstrated ability to connect planning, prioritisation and sequencing within a complex environment.- Proven experience of working on JIRA/ Confluence/SharePoint- Stakeholder management experience including broad experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.- Knowledge and experience of agile principles (SAFe and Scrum).- Implementation of frameworks to improve 'systems of work' to ensure activities are organised to achieve strategic priorities.- Organisation, communication, facilitation skills - ability to interact credibly with a broad range of stakeholders.

This is a full time, permanent role that is open to people based

anywhere in New Zealand and Australia.
This role offers flexible working conditions that support a mix of working from home and being in the office.
