Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual who is also a self-starter to join our Customer Support Team.


In this role, you will be required to consult and liaise with internal staff and customers, deliver a seamless customer experience and foster strong customer relationships through effective communications.


Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Data entry and sales order management.
  • Work collaboratively with key areas of the business to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

Qualifications:

To be successful, you will have

  • Previous experience in customer service in a fastpaced FMCG environment or manufacturing
  • Exceptional multitasking ability, managing priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Ability to work with all key areas of the business including production, accounts, sales and warehouse.
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • A high level of attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple software systems
  • Data entry skills
  • Have a cando attitude towards work to finalise tasks in a timely manner.
