The Position:
Social Worker Grade 2 | Temporary Part-time - 64hrs per fortnight for 12 months to cover maternity leave
Are you a passionate healthcare professional with Mental Health experience, looking for a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the lives of mental health consumers?

To be Successful in this Role, you will

Your new role:

  • You'll be working with consumers from multicultural backgrounds with a broad range of low and highprevalence psychiatric presentations and will be liaising with other service providers internally and externally to establish comprehensive and consistent treatment plans
  • Provide leadership and share your clinical expertise to support a multidisciplinary clinical and wellbeing team.
  • Support the delivery of a recovery oriented and trauma informed service
  • Deliver evidencebased mental health and discipline specific interventions to consumers at St Albans CCU
