Working collaboratively with a dynamic team of Case Workers, Peer Support Workers, and Employment Specialists, you will empower individuals in our client's unique program and their recovery journey.


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Demonstrated mental health and coaching experience.
  • Working knowledge of homelessness and its complexities.
  • Adaptive communication style to cater to diverse individuals and identify changing needs within a group.
  • Team player mindset with the ability to contribute effectively to program goals and objectives.
  • Indepth understanding of complex mental health, drug, and alcohol issues.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the recovery model.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • National Criminal History Check (Police Check) disclosable outcomes considered.
  • Current Working with Children check
  • Current Driver's license.
  • Australian Working Rights.
