Working collaboratively with a dynamic team of Case Workers, Peer Support Workers, and Employment Specialists, you will empower individuals in our client's unique program and their recovery journey.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE**
- Demonstrated mental health and coaching experience.
- Working knowledge of homelessness and its complexities.
- Adaptive communication style to cater to diverse individuals and identify changing needs within a group.
- Team player mindset with the ability to contribute effectively to program goals and objectives.
- In-depth understanding of complex mental health, drug, and alcohol issues.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the recovery model.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- National Criminal History Check (Police Check) - disclosable outcomes considered.
- Current Working with Children check
- Current Driver's license.
- Australian Working Rights.
