As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Parts Department Manager and contributing to the success of the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in counter and phone sales across the complete product range
  • Handling the entire process of ordering, processing, and dispatching sales transactions
  • Providing invaluable support (parts interpreting) to our skilled service technicians
  • Being a key player in continuous rolling stocktakes and general inventory monitoring
  • Crafting customer quotations with precision
  • Juggling general administration tasks while delivering topnotch customer support

Skills:

  • Previous experience in automotive or farm machinery parts interpreting
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Strong organisational and decisionmaking skills
  • Computer literacy, proficient in MS Word & Excel

Must have:

  • Current drivers licence
  • Nationally accredited LF (Forklift) licence
