Our client is a tractor and machinery specialist, supplying quality products and services agriculture, viticulture and construction. They pride themselves on being an employer of choice and fostering a culture of employee recognition.

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Parts Department Manager and contributing to the success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging in counter and phone sales across the complete product range
- Handling the entire process of ordering, processing, and dispatching sales transactions
- Providing invaluable support (parts interpreting) to our skilled service technicians
- Being a key player in continuous rolling stocktakes and general inventory monitoring
- Crafting customer quotations with precision
- Juggling general administration tasks while delivering top-notch customer support

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in automotive or farm machinery parts interpreting
- Outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy, proficient in MS Word & Excel

**Must have**:

- Current drivers licence
- Nationally accredited LF (Forklift) licence
