Centacare Specialist Family Support Services (SFSS) is a non-profit community organisation dedicated to enhancing family and community relationships, especially in situations of vulnerability and disadvantage. Our services are inclusive to everyone, regardless of background, and we aim to provide professional and empowering assistance to help individuals reach their objectives.
The Job Opportunity
- Exciting role for an experienced administrator to support client access and assist SFSS practitioners in delivering family services
- Suitable for candidates with client service and administrative background
- Full-time position in Fortitude Valley, supporting various services across Brisbane
The ideal candidate will:
- Provide professional administration and reception services in a sensitive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexible and efficient in managing multiple tasks
- Availability for after-hours work
Skills and Experience:
- Prior office administration experience
- Ability to offer confidential support to colleagues and management
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- General administration skills including reception, data entry, and document production
Essential requirements:
- Current Blue Card or eligibility to apply
- Valid driver's license
- Australian Federal Police Criminal History Check clearance
- Eligibility to work in Australia
