We are looking for a Shadow Teacher to provide inclusive education and aid as an important connection between our child with special needs who is starting school soon.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in psychology
  • Degree in a field related to early childhood education or child development

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist with integration into the learning environment
  • Be the main liaison between the child, teacher and parent.
  • Adapt lesson materials and plans
  • Develop strategies to manage challenging tasks or activities.
  • Assist with peer engagement
