We are looking for a Shadow Teacher to provide inclusive education and aid as an important connection between our child with special needs who is starting school soon.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A bachelor's or master's degree in psychology
- Degree in a field related to early childhood education or child development

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist with integration into the learning environment
- Be the main liaison between the child, teacher and parent.
- Adapt lesson materials and plans
- Develop strategies to manage challenging tasks or activities.
- Assist with peer engagement
