We are seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our team at Montana Aged Care in Mosman, on a full-time basis.

Reporting to our Executive Director of Care Services, you will be instrumental in ensuring the 64- bed home is fully occupied, meeting accreditation standards and cultivating a stable and positive workplace culture for staff. Your advanced clinical and leadership experience will be vital to ensuring we provide safe, effective, and high-quality care to our aged-care residents.

Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when managing an aged care facility and leading inter-disciplinary teams, implementing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement programs well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.

  • a tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
  • previous experience working as a Director of Nursing/Facility Manager in the aged care sector
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • evidence of influenza vaccination
  • full working rights in Australia
