BGIS is seeking a dedicated HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Potts Point, NSW . As an HSEQ Advisor , you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to excellence in health, safety, environment, and quality across all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain HSEQ management systems in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Provide guidance and support to operational teams on HSEQ policies, procedures, and practices. Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality excellence. Monitor and analyse HSEQ performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies for continual enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience:

Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role. Equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications in Work Health and Safety (WHS), Environmental Management, and Quality Control are highly desirable. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the facilities management, construction, or related industry. Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards pertaining to HSEQ management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
