**BGIS **is seeking a dedicated **HSEQ Advisor **to join our team in **Potts Point, NSW **. As an **HSEQ Advisor **, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to excellence in health, safety, environment, and quality across all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain HSEQ management systems in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Provide guidance and support to operational teams on HSEQ policies, procedures, and practices.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality excellence. Monitor and analyse HSEQ performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies for continual enhancement.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.**:

- Equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications in Work Health and Safety (WHS), Environmental Management, and Quality Control are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the facilities management, construction, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards pertaining to HSEQ management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
