We are seeking an HR Manager to join the Opal People Safety and Culture team, focusing on our NSW operations. This position will be located at our Revesby, NSW manufacturing site and will involve HR business partnering across three sites.

In this role, you will collaborate with leaders to develop and implement people plans in line with the People Strategy, supporting business objectives and the broader Opal strategy. The position combines strategic vision with operational tasks, driving organizational progress and transformation.

Your contributions at Opal will include:

  • Supporting and collaborating with business leaders at Opal
  • Providing guidance and coaching to ensure positive outcomes for employees and the organization
  • Contributing to strategic workforce planning and cultural development
  • Consulting with teams to foster engagement, safety, and excellence
  • Participating in HR strategy implementation and providing insights for transformation

  • A degree in Human Resources and/or Business (preferred)
