About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily toolbox talks to ensure work areas are focused on meeting KPIs
  • Maintain a team skills matrix and create development plans for team members
  • Review and update standard operating procedures as needed
  • Demonstrate compliance with site safety protocols by setting an example
  • Engage in regular and meaningful conversations with team members regarding line performance

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to motivate and influence others
  • Strong active listening and clear communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computers
  • Open to diverse experiences as long as required competencies are met
