What you will bring to the role:

  • Currently in your 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of OT or SP degree.
  • Student registration with SPA or OTA.
  • Current drivers licence and ability to use own care for mobile visits
  • Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screener Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Confidence in your paediatric knowledge, experience and skills
  • Strong problem solving, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
  • Insight and flexibility in your learning and growth as a clinician.

What your work week will look like:

  • Developing and delivering therapy within the home and community environments.
  • Undertaking risk assessments whilst working with clients in the community
  • Progress note, management plan and report writing.
  • Developing and making resources to support your clients.
  • Participating in supervision and case conferences to support clients holistically and develop your skills as a clinician.
  • Predominately mobile with minimum 1 day in the clinic.
  • Getting involved in our team lunches, dress up days and fun activities
  • Developing and running school holiday group programs.
  • Learning through our internal PD program.

Salary:
$ $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • No weekends
