- Your skills and experience._
What you will do:
- Assist with development of architectural solutions to meet project specifications
- Prepare architectural reports and progress narratives
- Arrange meetings and workshops with clients, consultants and contractors
- Review shopdrawings and coordinating subcontractors
- Coordinate projects from schematic design to asbuilt handover (LOD100 to LOD500)
- Architectural detailing, documentation, scheduling, and specification research
What you will bring:
- Genuine passion and curiosity Architectural design, technology and innovation
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
- 5+ years of relevant local industry experience
- Working knowledge of building systems, construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Proven experience with architectural design delivery throughout design cycle
- Proficiency with BIM360, Autodesk Revit, and CAD software
- Ideally proficient with Rhino and Sketchup (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal, organisation, and problemsolving skills
