W Brisbane, located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000, is seeking a Hotel Accountant. We share our guests' interests by offering exclusive insights into the latest trends. In this role, you will report to the Director of Finance, overseeing the provision of precise financial data to facilitate well-informed management decisions. Your responsibilities will include preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure financial objectives are met.

This position is perfect for a goal-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and leadership qualities. Strong communication skills and a zest for life are a must. You should be a collaborative leader with strategic thinking and analytical skills. Demonstrating influencing, innovation, decision-making, and judgment skills are essential.

You should possess:

  • Extensive experience in forecasting, budgeting, inventory, and wage control
  • Finance and Accounting or related Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of Finance and Accounting experience, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Excellent personal presentation and a genuine passion for outstanding guest service
