ABOUT THE ROLE.
At LCC, we are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to become part of our People and Culture team.

This role will provide you with exposure to a wide range of HR activities and matters, allowing you to further develop your expertise in a complex and ever-evolving environment where no two days are the same.

It's a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth, guided and supported by experienced mentors.


In this role, you'll play a important role by providing comprehensive HR operational and administrative support to the People and Culture team.


Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • HR projects
- salary benchmarking,
- reporting on HR metrics,
- partnering on employee relations matters, people management, ensuring legislative compliance, drafting various HR correspondence and
- managing HR records.

ABOUT YOU.

To excel in this position, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, Organisational Psychology or a related field.
  • Administrative experience, ideally within a human resources team or a related functional area, demonstrating your ability to manage a diverse workload with competing priorities.
  • A commitment to ensuring that all HR services and transactions adhere to awards, agreements, government policies and procedures, as well as all legislative requirements.
  • Experience in delivering highlevel administrative support in one or more human resources or related functional areas, including proficiency in MS Office and other HRIS.
