What this opportunity involves:


This is a part-time position and a wonderful opportunity for those seeking to progress in the commercial real estate industry.

This role assists the head office-based Property Managers with the delivery of quality property management services across their portfolios, including commercial office, industrial and shopping centres around Adelaide.


_Snapshot of the role:
_

  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Undertaking monthly property inspections
  • Assist the Property Managers with monitoring tenant arrears, monthly reporting, annual budgets and outgoing reconciliations
  • Liaising with contractors, tenants, owners as required
  • Lease administration
  • General administration, filing and other office administrative and property related tasks as required

  • Previous accounts payable and receivable experience is highly desirable
