Experience doesn't matter as they will train you how to do the job, as long as you are willing to learn.
Their customer base is a wide range servicing residential, commercial, real estates and government run program for the elderly.Required:
- Minimal previous work experience
- Willingness to work hard and learn
- Ability to interact with customers

- Physically fit and healthy
- Drivers Licence (learners ok)
Duties (not limited to):
- Hand and acreage mowing
- Hedging and edging
- Whipper snipping
- Weeding
- Spraying of herbicides and pesticides
- Pressure Washing
- Garden cleanups.
- Other duties can include small tree removal, Fertilizing, Top dressing, Mulching, Planting, Turfing, irrigation maintenance etc.
Expectations:
- Carry out daily work schedules as required to the highest professional standard.
- Do your Best Each and Every Day to meet and/or exceed the expectations of our clients.
- Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other employees. Whilst behaving in a professional manner.
- Handle clients with the utmost respect always regardless of the situation.
- Treat Company's machinery and equipment with care and report any damages to your supervisor.
- A willingness to learn and become comfortable using tools and machinery the business operates with, and learn about relevant presafety checks, maintenance, and basic servicing.
- Willingness to learn about Herbicides and Pesticides relevant to Lawn and Garden Care. Maintain a safe work environment by always abiding to WHS and procedures.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
