Binnies, an RSK Group company, is an engineering and environmental consultancy that helps clients across the globe efficiently and effectively collect, store, move and treat water and wastewater, plan and manage watersheds and harness the energy embedded in the treatment and movement of water. With more than a 100-year heritage and over 1400 staff, Binnies has recently expanded its business into the Australian market by opening an office in Brisbane. The business is poised to expand rapidly and is currently looking for self-driven individuals to help grow and develop the business here in Australia.

About the role

As a Project Administrator at Binnies, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Project Managers, Engineers, and Scientists by coordinating and facilitating communication among team members, managing project documentation, and ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing office administration, logistics, and facilities support.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related materials. Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement changes. Provide general administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Manage logistics for project-related activities, including events and off-site meetings.

About you

Previous experience in a Project Administrator role preferably in a consultancy organisation. Intermediate to advanced user of the MS Office suite & project management tools Familiarity with engineering or scientific consultancy environments is a plus.
