We're currently on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Officer.

Key focus & responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Check accuracy and process invoices
  • Maintain supplier master data
  • Prepare supplier statement reconciliations
  • Schedule pay runs based on standard company payment terms
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders
  • Process national accounts, payroll deductions, employee expense claims, and prompt payments
  • Work according to our detailed process, whilst identifying improvements and efficiencies to the accounts payable process
  • Carry out any adhoc duties as required

We are on the lookout for;

  • Experience in a similar highvolume Accounts Payable role, three way matching of invoices
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills
  • Experience with a large ERP system, and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • The ability to think outside the box, be a team player, and work in a dynamic team environment
