The Opportunity
You will be working as the face of our Clients company. You will assist their customers to best utilise the technology they have created to help their clients succeed. You will closely monitor any feedback and product developments that could be beneficial to their Customers.

Your responsibilities & duties

  • Monitor customer's adoption of their technology
  • Prepare and plan strategies to assist their customers to meet goals
  • Provide solutions to their customers
  • Work with IT with any product developments/enhancements

Your skills & experience

  • Previous experience in a customeroriented position relating to digital marketing
  • Basic understanding of web concepts and digital marketing
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Time management and prioritisation
