Limited relevant experience in business administration is needed as initially you will be working under close direction using established practices, procedures and instructions.

- Telephone reception duties and various administration tasks
- Maintain and update company databases including applicant tracking systems
- Undertake validation / screening calls to recruitment applicants

- Preparing recruitment manager's interview paperwork
- Printing, scanning & filing documents
- Providing first class customer service
- Have a friendly personality and be confident in answering and making telephone calls
- Be reliable and punctual

- Have high attention to detail and strong organisational skills
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and not have studied.
