About the Role
A new opportunity is available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in North Melbourne. This is a full-time permanent role and is key to the Supply Chain element of the business.
Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily scheduling of deliveries and shipments to maintain co-ordination of transport.
  • Generating pick schedules and order releases for warehouse staff.
  • Register all deliveries and invoices within SAP.
  • Liaison with produce carriers to ensure the correct and timely invoicing of goods.
  • Provide the warehousing processes with any support, issue resolution and preplanning as required.
To be successful in the role, you will also have the following:

  • Team player attitude with the ability to be proactive and work autonomously.
  • Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
  • Working knowledge of the SAP system
  • Comprehension of GMP standards and warehousing
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Proactive attitude towards safety and quality
