About the Role
In the role of Manager - Capital Decision Making at BOQ Group, you will be instrumental in supporting our capital policies and frameworks.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the development of tools and regular reporting to aid in the analysis of capital allocations, risk-weighted assets movement, and capital charge.
You will lead the coordination of the Capital Working Group, preparing meeting agendas and collating meeting materials, as well as reporting on capital insights and presenting findings to the group.
Your expertise will also be called upon for ad-hoc data extractions and contributions to our industry-leading practices in capital management.
Your key accountabilities will include overseeing the development of tools and reporting mechanisms to support capital policies and frameworks, leading the Capital Working Group, conducting in-depth analysis of capital allocations, engaging with key stakeholders to communicate capital insights, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
We are on the lookout for a professional with a deep understanding of capital management best practices and techniques, and familiarity with APRA prudential standards.
Your advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, along with SQL experience, will be highly valued.With a finance, actuarial, or CPA/CA background, you should bring at least 3+ years of relevant banking capital management experience.
Your strong quantitative skills and ability to extract insights from large data sets will be crucial to our success.About Us
