ATLAS recruitment are currently working with a global project management, asset management and facilities management firm in their search for a Project Support Area Lead to work within the Sydney team.

This role is based in Sydney CBD with occasional travel to NSW sites.

Due to the security clearance for this account to be successful, you must be an Australian Citizen.

  • Oversee small to medium projects, ensuring project objectives & deliverables are achieved
  • Provide industry expertise and site knowledge to assist projects to maximise the effectiveness of project delivery and project outcomes
  • Manage a team of Project Support staff
  • Liaise with client contractors to coordinate project delivery standards & ensure requirements are met
  • Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle and review meetings
  • Assist with project transition & handover on behalf of the client

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management and or Technical Facilities Management
  • Demonstrated experience in working with scope of works and technical drawings
  • Trade qualification/background in Project Management or Engineering
  • Able to manage multiple priorities & stakeholders
  • Experience in a managing a team
