At Advanced Dermatology, we're dedicated to providing 5-star customer service to each and every client. Our team of highly trained medical professionals is committed to helping clients achieve their most radiant skin. For over 18 years, thousands of patients have entrusted their aesthetic treatments to us.

What you'll be responsible for:

As a Treatment Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales through in-depth consultations with clients. Your role will include:

  • Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential patients, understanding their needs and recommending personalised treatment plans.
  • Treatment Plan Customisation: Work with clients to create customised treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services. You'll be key to generating enthusiasm for all of our services (Our services include all aspects of aesthetic dermatology including Skin, Body & Hair).
  • Celebrating Success: Celebrate the success of the results our past clients experience.
  • Sales Closure: Close sales by building strong rapport with potential patients, explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections in a non-pushy manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment.
  • Medical-Grade Treatments: Uphold our commitment to providing the highest quality medical-grade treatments. Ensure that every client receives the utmost care and attention to achieve optimal results.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction. Your goal is not just to make sales but to contribute to the total transformation journey of our clients.
  • Scheduling: Effectively create daily schedules to meet client needs and achieve clinic financial targets.
  • Revenue Generation: Your success in sales generation will be a key performance indicator. You'll be using your strong interpersonal skills to meet and exceed targets while maintaining a client-centric approach.

About You:

  • Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated: You strive to achieve and exceed company benchmarks for success.
  • Customer-Centric: You prioritise customer service and have exceptional communication skills.
  • Experienced: You have proven consultation or sales experience, preferably within skincare and/or aesthetics. A background in nursing, dermal therapy, or other forms of healthcare could be a plus.
  • Retail Savvy: While not essential, previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
  • Inspiring: You have the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
  • Comfort Creator: You can create a comfortable atmosphere for clients and team members.
  • Adaptable: You're willing to learn and adapt to changes quickly.
