About the role


As the personal assistant working at the Angliss Hospital you would provide high level administrative, secretarial and executive support to aid smooth and efficient running of the Angliss Hospital and other Ranges sites, as well as play a key part in supporting management and operation of the Surgery Program within Eastern Health.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:
Extensive experience in the provision of high level administrative, secretarial and executive support services to senior executives, including the preparation of agendas, minutes and providing support to committees as required

Ability to display initiative and to work independently as required.

Highly developed planning and organisational skills with an ability to efficiently time manage self and to meet strict deadlines

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products and moderate to high level understanding of multiple forms of technology

A demonstrated ability and commitment to work as part of a team and share best practice

Commitment to teamwork and maintaining confidentiality in all matters

An ability to manage, review, develop and maintain office systems and procedures

Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience

A strong commitment to high quality care

The ability to work as part of a diverse team

Excellent communication and organisational skills
