The Opportunity
On behalf of a Federal Government Agency based in Richmond, we are looking for EL1 Digital Product Manager. This is a 12-month assignment. The role will paying $602.55 per day plus super.

The EL1 Digital Product Manager is a leadership role working in the Digital Division. The role will be accountable for the delivery of quality outcomes across the digital function.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising Business Analysts in the delivery of the digital products.
  • Supporting engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Collecting and representing the requirements of the business to support prioritisation.
  • Facilitating workshops, capturing key insights around user and customer experience gaps and current processes.
  • Working within an agile framework while working through design, build and operation phases of delivery.
  • Ensuring user needs and feedback are prioritised, and accessibility requirements are met.
  • Working with Salesforce and SAP technical specialists to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, robustness, and useability of the current digital products.

To be considered you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst/ Project Manager, ideally within the digital product domain.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
  • Leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide and inspire crossfunctional teams.
