They have been established for over 30 years and have built a well-known and reputable brand in the Melbourne landscaping industry.


With multiple divisions servicing a range of commercial, government and private clients, they are well equipped to deliver contracts to an exceptional standard.


THE OPPORTUNITY


Summer is fast-approaching and a new position has opened up for a fresh face to join the senior maintenance management team.


You will be provided with a highly efficient and hard-working crew of horticulture professionals to deliver these contracts, along with transparent communication and mentoring from the Operations Managers.

If you are proactive, energetic, client-facing, and want to develop further, this could be the role for you

YOUR DUTIES

  • Schedule weekly work
  • Manage a crew of up to 26 staff
  • Delegate tasks
  • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders
  • Order equipment and resources
  • Communicate with local community
  • Handson maintenance work
  • Work in with a Maintenance Manager

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
  • 35 years' experience within the landscape maintenance industry
  • Personable and presentable
  • Strong managerial and organisational skills
  • Team Leaders looking for a step up please apply
