We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support your Store Manager in leading and developing the team at our Nude Lucy store at North Lakes
Responsibilities include:
- Lead by example to set management expectations across your Team
- Manage instore Employee Relations such as grievances and performance management
- Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Produce and analyse required financial reports i.e. Payroll reports
- Manage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
- Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work
- Ensure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member
