Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Grocery Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their queries
- Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions to provide customers with the best possible service
- Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Support colleagues in achieving their goals and objectives
- Store Operations
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
