YOUR OPPORTUNITY


Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an enthusiastic
Customer Care Consultant to join our customer service team based in
Carole Park QLD, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.


Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • You will be empowered to interrogate issues and escalations and be relentless in your pursuit to reach an outcome quickly
  • There is a degree of administration related tasks and these should be actioned effectively and according to business processes
  • You will be eager to learn and understanding the commercial relationships our Mega Mining customers bring to Blackwoods and be proactive in ensuring you keep yourself up to date with all processes, procedures and updates

To be successful, you will have:

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Proven ability to work in a fastpaced customer service environment and able to manage conflicting priorities
  • High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
