What you'll contribute to:

As the PR & Communications Specialist, you are pivotal to the business's expansion and evolution, underpinning our organisational goals through strategic public relations and robust communication initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will liaise with an array of stakeholders, from developers to buyers, suppliers, builders, and designers â both internally and externally. Your mandate is to actively promote the business, spearhead outreach to generate fresh leads, and cultivate new partnerships. Effectively, you will become the voice and promoter of their brand, essential in amplifying our presence and driving them forward.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or business
  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese both verbally and written.
  • 2-5 years' experience within the construction space or a similar role
  • Display initiative and self-confidence.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm to develop a rewarding career.
  • Willingness to continue learning.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement.
