About the role:

The Accounts Receivable Team Leader is responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable process whilst supporting and assisting the wider accounts team.

  • Coach and guide less experienced employees in query resolution
  • Develop training schedule for new employees
  • Identify training needs for staff and provide guidance
  • Perform AR related duties in accordance with the cyclical calendar for processing To provide a high standard resident and client service including

This role is full time, working Monday to Friday and based out of our Corporate Head Office in Melbourne's CBD.

About you:

  • Proven leadership experience, with supervision and team development
  • Financial systems including ERP and electronic workflow solutions
  • 8+ years experience in accounts receivable, debt collection and general finance administration
  • Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Annual leave may not normally be taken within 4 weeks of the end of the financial year
  • Experience in the health or aged care sector preferred
  • Experience and expertise in timely and accurate accounting service delivery
  • Experience in accounting packages
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable principals, practices and regulations
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

  • A current Working With Children Check card
  • Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
