We are currently seeking a Cyber-Worthiness Consultant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. If you are passionate about Cybersecurity, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Guiding on security matters and providing expertise.
  • Applying in-depth knowledge of government legislative frameworks and cybersecurity standards.
  • Assisting in the development and execution of Cyber strategies.
  • Offering comprehensive insight into risk analysis concerning Cybersecurity, including Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and Operational Technology (OT) platforms.
  • Interpreting Cybersecurity policies and contributing to the creation of standard operating procedures (SoP) and guidelines for LEA.
  • Providing expert guidance on Cybersecurity system design requirements to mitigate security risks.
  • Engaging the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) for threat and risk assessments for ICT systems when necessary.
  • Providing early input on any pertinent Cybersecurity and Cyber-worthiness needs before market approach.
  • Developing and supporting ICT Security accreditation.

To excel in the role, you need:

  • Extensive experience in Cybersecurity, preferably in a defense context.
  • A clear understanding of defense cyber-worthiness.
  • Knowledge of ICT Accreditation procedures for platform and system acquisition and maintenance.
  • The initiative to be a self-starter.

Applicants must possess an Australian Government Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance of at least a Baseline level.
